I work in watercolour, gouache, hand drawing, and digital illustration. Artwork Creation
I often start my prints by hand, using painting and drawing to create the motifs. Working in watercolour, gouache or ink lets me build texture, character and movement that translate beautifully into digital artwork.
Print Design
Once the hand-painted or sketched elements are created, I develop and refine them digitally so they’re ready to be used across placements, repeats or full print designs.
Development
The prints can be developed further into placement prints, allover repeats, border designs or sister prints. We can explore new colourways, scales and compositions to expand the print direction.
